Our delivery organization in Toronto remains the center of the Millennium Care delivery capability. Customers have the choice as to how many calls are handled in Toronto vs. Offshore and what types of transactions are handled in each geography.
Take for instance a 12 minute incident (ITIL Incident Management Concept), where 8 minutes may be actual resolver effort, and 4 minutes may be simple follow-up, escalation and survey 'overhead' associated with that incident. We offer customers the ability to handle the high value 8 minute portion of that transaction locally in Canada, and offshore the remaining 4 minutes such that they are serviced at substantially lower costs, without compromising quality.
