Many customer operate with us through the concept of dedicated resources on a perdiem, per month or annual basis. In new implementations it is often easier for customers to compare our monthly labour rate against their internal rate (or third party staffing firm). We are successful in meeting their needs through a bundled value approach.

MCare can provide the space, the ACD infrastructure and the people in a turnkey solution that only requires the customer to estimate 'how many' versus more complex routes for entering into an out-tasking arrangement. Options can include stripping out telecom costs so we operate as a simple extension of internal queues. The benefit to customers is that this 'virtual helpdesk' solution is located in a lower cost delivery center.
